Ernst Rosén is one of the larger privately-owned real estate companies in Gothenburg and was founded in the 1950s by the builder Ernst Rosén. Owning, managing, and developing properties is the cornerstone of the company. Today, the fourth generation of the Rosén family is active in the company and we proudly work together with them towards the future.
The new identity was about keeping the well-established logo and orange color and from that create something more consistent and fresh than what was in use before. New brand type, additional colors, pattern, graphic element and brand photography makes a versatile and brave identity to assist Ernst Rosén reach new heights in the real estate business.
