Body by Gard Studio is a personal and professional training studio located in Långedrag, western Gothenburg. Their philosophy is that everyone who trains with them should achieve the best possible results based on their own ability. Their instructors are dedicated to always providing you with inspiring, challenging, and fun workouts. The atmosphere is warm and highly social, where laughter and community become an integral part of the training.
