About the project

Arkvis Arkitekter is an architecture firm based in Stockholm and Gothenburg. We helped founders Anna Lundh and Shadi Jalali Heravi create a new visual identity and accompanying website to better fit their new brand strategy.

The logo itself is a simplification of the initial letters in the name Arkvis Arkitekter. But it's more than that.

It has a slant but still stands firm, like a support for Arkvis Arkitekter and all the knowledge contained within. With a positive direction pointing upward, it guides Arkvis towards the future. With its fundamental geometric shape, the logo pays homage to the original ideas architecture was born from, but also exudes a modern and stripped-down impression with its asymmetry. With its angles and corners, one could say it's a building in itself – it's architectural.
