Award-winning chef Ulrika Forssell at Gaffelkonst and costume designer/set designer Ulrika Wassén have written Skåpmat, a book including 40 recipes in the form of starters, main courses and desserts — all composed after new and old cooking utensils. Our intern Emma Anderstedt worked hard on the final art and did an amazing job.
Wonderful photos by photographer and publisher Ewa Andinsson and Johan Brink wrote the witty copy for each chapter.
