Gaffelkonst
Gaffelkonst was established in 1997 and is owned and run by Ulrika Forssell, who has over 20 years experience as a chef. Gaffelkonst provides catering and partyfixes for both large and small events. Among the customers are companies like Wingårdh Architects, Volvo , Sigma, Lindahl law firm , Volvo and others. Ulrika is also frequently engaged as a food stylist for both movies as well as still image production.
